THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN CANADA ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO CANADIAN LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN CANADA AT TIME OF ENTRY.
1. Sponsor.The 2025 FootJoy x Golf Kelowna Dream Trip Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Acushnet Canada Inc., 500 Harry Walker Pkwy N., East Gwillimbury, ON Canada (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada who have attained the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry, with the exception of employees of the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, franchisees, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials, and those living in the same household. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Sweepstakes Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Sweepstakes Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
3. How to Enter. You can enter by visiting https://www.footjoy.ca/fj-kelowna-sweepstake-2025.html and completing the entry form with your name and email address. For this Sweepstakes, receipt of an Internet entry occurs when Sponsor's server records the entry information. All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Limit one entry per person.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.
Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Sweepstakes, or any other methods not authorized by these Sweepstakes Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Sweepstakes Rules are void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive licence to use all entries for any purpose. No correspondence will be entered into except with Selected Entrants (defined below). Proof of transmission (for example, screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry. Participants who are interested in registering for this contest while not opting in to receive future email communication from the respective sponsors can send an email indicating such interest to footjoyca@acushnetgolf.com during the contest dates. Participant name, email address and a clear description of the contest must be detailed in the email. If randomly selected as the winner, the participant will be notified via email.
4. Sweepstakes Period. This Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. ET on March 3, 2025 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) after which time the Sweepstakes will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
5. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
6. Skill-testing Question. Selected entrants will be required, as a condition of winning a prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the Sponsor’s time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email..
7. Prize Acceptance and Conditions The winner assumes any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering, participating in this Sweepstakes or the use or redemption of a prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. The prize or any portion of a prize cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value should any prize become unavailable. Where applicable, all taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
8. Prize Details and Prize Drawing. One (1) prize winner will be randomly drawn. One (1) grand prize as detailed below will be awarded to the prize winner (all dollar amounts listed in CAD):

On April 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST at Acushnet Canada Inc.’s offices at 500 Harry Walker Pkw N., East Gwillimbury, Ontario, L3Y 8T8, the Sponsor, or an employee, agent or other representative of the Sponsor, will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received before Sweepstakes End Date and select the potential winner (“Selected Entrant”).
Selected Entrant will be deemed a winner if they meet all of the eligibility criteria set out in these Sweepstakes Rules. If a Selected Entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and another entrant will be selected by way of a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. Before being declared a winner, Selected Entrant will be required to: (i) correctly answer the Sponsor’s skill-testing question; (ii) sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Winner Release”); and (iii) comply with all other Sweepstakes Rules, all in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Selected Entrant will be notified within 3 business days of the draw and will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes. Up to three attempts will be made to contact Selected Entrant within 5 business days following the draw. A Selected Entrant that does not or cannot accept a prize may be forfeited and a new Selected Entrant selected by random draw, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. A signed copy of the Sponsor’s Winner Release must be received by the Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the date it is mailed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a Selected Entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive a Selected Entrant’s response. All prizes will be awarded.
Disputes regarding identity of entrant: If the identity of a Selected Entrant is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the individual assigned to the email address entered at the time of entry (“Authorized Account Holder”). Each Selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with a selected entry.
9. Release and Indemnification. Winner must sign the Sponsor’s Winner Release to: (i) confirm compliance with all Sweepstakes Rules; (ii) agree to accept the prize as awarded; (iii) release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its departments and agencies, parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, counsel, marketing partners, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, subsidiaries, agents, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the administration, development and execution of the Sweepstakes (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related thereto, and the use of entries by the Sponsor, suit, debt, covenant, contract, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure of any third-party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of the Sweepstakes to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of any kind by a winner with any aspect of the Sweepstakes or any prize, liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, guests, their heirs, successors or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by reason of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of prizes as awarded; and (iv) indemnify the Released Parties against any loss, damage or expense, including legal fees, that any of the Released Parties may suffer or incur as a result of any non-compliance by entrants with any of the Sweepstakes Rules or participation in the Sweepstakes and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by an entrant of a prize, and the use of entries by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any computer system, or technical malfunction of any telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, program malfunctions or other errors, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at website, or any combination thereof, that are human or technical in nature, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including any related travel and the use of entries by Sponsor, the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer hackers or otherwise, or late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such devices will cause disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10. Other Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time and in any way, without prior notice to entrants. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
11. Publicity and Entrant Information. By participating in the Sweepstakes, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes or for the administration of the Sweepstakes, without further notice or compensation.
12. Law. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws. This Sweepstakes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes rules, rights and obligations between entrants and the Sponsor, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Newmarket, Ontario.
13. Rule Amendments. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Sweepstakes Rules, or modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
14. Intellectual Property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the Sponsor’s intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsor is strictly prohibited.
15. Winner's List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped legal size envelope by August 1, 2025 TO: 2025 FootJoy x Golf Kelowna Dream Trip Sweepstakes, c/o Acushnet Canada Inc., 500 Harry Walker Pkwy N., East Gwillimbury, ON L3Y 8T8 Canada. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail.
16. Quebec. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
17. Meta. The sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta.

Le 1er avril 2025, à 10 h HNE, dans les bureaux d’Acushnet Canada Inc.au 500 Harry Walker Pkw N., East Gwillimbury, Ontario, L3Y 8T8, le Commanditaire ou un employé, un agent ou un autre représentant du Commanditaire procédera à un tirage au sort parmi toutes les inscriptions valides reçues avant la fin du sweepstake pour sélectionner le gagnant potentiel (“Participant sélectionné”).
Le participant sélectionné sera reconnu gagnant s’il répond à tous les critères d’admissibilité décrits dans les Règlements du sweepstake. Si le participant choisi ne répond pas aux critères d’admissibilité, il sera disqualifié et n’aura pas droit au prix, et un autre participant sera tiré au sort parmi toutes les autres inscriptions valides. Avant d’être déclaré gagnant, le participant choisi devra: (i) répondre correctement à la question d’habileté mathématique posée par le Commanditaire; (ii) signer et renvoyer un affidavit d’éligibilité et d’exonération de responsabilité/publicité (“Renonciation du gagnant”); et (iii) se conformer à tous les autres Règlements du sweepstake, le tout à la discrétion exclusive du Commanditaire.
Le participant sélectionné sera avisé dans les 3 jours ouvrables suivant le tirage par courriel à l’adresse fournie lors de l’inscription au sweepstake. Jusqu’à trois tentatives seront faites pour rejoindre le participant sélectionné dans les 5 jours ouvrables suivant le tirage. S’il n’accepte pas ou ne peut pas accepter le prix, le participant sélectionné sera déclaré forfait et un autre participant sera sélectionné au sort, à la discrétion exclusive du Commanditaire. Une copie signée de la Renonciation du gagnant doit parvenir au Commanditaire dans les quatorze (14) jours ouvrables suivant sa mise à la poste. La non-conformité à cette condition entraînera la confiscation du prix et un autre gagnant sera tiré au sort. Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable, peu importe la raison, si le participant sélectionné ne reçoit pas l’avis du Commanditaire ou si la réponse du participant ne parvient pas au Commanditaire. En cas de litige sur l’identité du participant: si l’identité d’un participant sélectionné est contestée, l’inscription valide sera celle soumise via l’adresse courriel fournie au moment de l’inscription (“Titulaire de compte autorisé”). Tout participant sélectionné pourrait devoir prouver qu’il est le titulaire de compte autorisé associé à l’inscription sélectionnée.
9. Renonciation et indemnisation. Le gagnant doit signer le formule de Renonciation du gagnant pour: (i) se conformer à tous les Règlements du sweepstake; (ii) convenir d’accepter le prix tel que décerné; (iii) dégager, libérer et exonérer le Commanditaire, ses départements et agences, sociétés affiliées, filiales, concessionnaires, franchises, agences de publicité, mandataires, entreprises commerciales affiliées, et chacun de leurs directeurs, agents, employés, actionnaires, commanditaires, partenaires, concessionnaires, filiales, agents, concepteurs, conseillers, cessionnaires, et toute autre partie impliquée dans l’administration, le développement et l’exécution du sweepstake (“Parties libérées”) de toute action, cause d’action, revendication ou demande, perte ou blessure, utilisation ou mauvais usage d’un prix ou tout déplacement à cet égard, et l’utilisation des informations par le Commanditaire, poursuite, dette, covenant, contrat, incluant les frais juridiques de toute nature, y compris mais non de façon limitative les revendications fondées sur une négligence, un bris de contrat ou une violation fondamentale, l’omission par tout entrepreneur ou fournisseur relié au sweepstake de fournir tout bien ou service, tout acte de la nature ou toute autre situation hors du contrôle des Parties libérées, toute doléance d’un gagnant envers tout aspect du sweepstake ou un prix, toute responsabilité pour une blessure, un décès ou un dommage matériel que les participants, leurs invités, leurs héritiers, leurs mandataires ou leurs bénéficiaires peuvent ou pourraient subir, ou pourraient avoir subi, en raison ou découlant de leur participation au sweepstake et/ou en rapport avec l’acceptation et/ou l’utilisation par le participant de tout prix décerné; et (iv) indemniser les Parties libérées contre toute perte, tout dommage ou tout frais, incluant les frais juridiques que toute partie libérée pourrait encourir ou subir en raison du non-respect par les participants de tout Règlement du sweepstake ou de leur participation au sweepstake et/ou en raison de l’acceptation et/ou de l’utilisation par un participant d’un prix et de l’utilisation d’informations par le Commanditaire.
Le Commanditaire ne peut être tenu responsable de toute défaillance d’un système informatique, d’une ligne téléphonique, d’un système de télétraitement, d’un logiciel, d’un matériel informatique, d’un serveur, d’un accès internet, d’un matériel ou d’un programme informatique ou de toute autre erreur, ni de toute inscription non reçue par le Commanditaire en raison d’un problème technique ou de congestion sur internet ou sur le site web, ou une combinaison de tels problèmes, de nature humaine ou technique, incluant tout incident ou dommage causé à l’ordinateur d’un participant ou de toute autre personne relié ou causé par des jeux électroniques ou le téléchargement de matériel dans le cadre du présent sweepstake, ni de tout incident ou dommage à des personnes ou des biens pouvant être causé directement ou indirectement, en tout ou en partie, par la participation du participant au sweepstake ou par la réception, l’utilisation ou le mauvais usage de tout prix, y compris tout déplacement et toute utilisation d’informations par le Commanditaire, ni de la sécurité ou de la protection des informations transmises via un réseau d’ordinateurs ou de toute atteinte à la vie privée suite à l’interférence d’un pirate informatique, ou de tentatives tardives, perdues, mal utilisées ou infructueuses pour aviser un gagnant potentiel. Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa discrétion exclusive et sous réserve de l’approbation de la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, d’annuler ou d’interrompre le présent sweepstake, en tout temps et sans aucun avis préalable aux participants. Sans limiter ce qui précède, si, pour quelque motif que ce soit, le sweepstake ne peut se dérouler tel que prévu au départ, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit d’annuler le sweepstake et de procéder à un tirage au sort parmi toutes les inscriptions valides reçues avant la fin du sweepstake. Toute tentative délibérée d’endommager tout site web ou d’entraver le bon fonctionnement du présent sweepstake constitue une violation du droit criminel et du droit civil et en pareil cas, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit d’exercer des recours et de réclamer des dommages-intérêts selon les limites permises par la loi, incluant des poursuites au criminel.
11. Publicité et renseignements sur le participant. .En participant au sweepstake, le gagnant consent à ce que son nom, sa photo, son portrait et/ou ses renseignements personnels soient utilisés à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles reliées au présent sweepstake ou à l’administration de celui-ci, et ce sans avis ou rémunération supplémentaire.
12. Juridiction. Le présent sweepstake est sans valeur si interdit par la loi et est assujetti à toutes les lois applicables de nature fédérale, provinciale, territoriale, municipale et locale. Le présent sweepstake doit être régi conformément aux lois de la province de l’Ontario, y compris toutes les questions relatives à la rédaction, la validité, l'interprétation et la force exécutoire de ses Règlements officiels ou les droits et obligations des participants et du Commanditaire et les clauses de procédure, sans donner effet à aucun principe de droit ou de conflit de Règlements ou de dispositions législatives. Tout différend doit être soumis aux tribunaux siégeant à Newmarket, en Ontario.
13. Modifications aux Règlements. Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa discrétion exclusive, de modifier les Règlements du sweepstake, ou de modifier, d’annuler ou d’interrompre le présent sweepstake, sans avis préalable et sans motif, y compris sans exclure toute situation hors du contrôle du Commanditaire qui mettrait, ou pourrait mettre en péril, la sécurité ou l’administration du sweepstake.
14. Propriété intellectuelle. Toute propriété intellectuelle, y compris mais non de façon limitative les marques de commerce, logos, designs, matériels promotionnels, pages web, codes sources, images, dessins, illustrations, slogans et représentations, demeure la propriété du Commanditaire. Tous droits réservés. Toute copie ou utilisation non autorisée de toute propriété intellectuelle du Commanditaire, sans le consentement exprès et écrit de celui-ci, est strictement défendue.
15. Liste des gagnants. Pour obtenir le nom du gagnant, faites parvenir une enveloppe grand format adressée et affranchie d’ici le 1er août 2025 à: Sweepstake FootJoy x Golf Kelowna Dream Trip 2025, a/s Acushnet Canada Inc., 500 Harry Walker Pkwy N., East Gwillimbury, ON Canada L3Y 8T8. Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable des bulletins de participation perdus, en retard, illisibles, incomplets ou insuffisamment affranchis.
16. Québec. Au Québec, tout différend quant à l'organisation ou à la tenue d'un concours publicitaire peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu'il soit tranché. Tout différend quant à l'attribution d'un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d'une intervention pour tenter de le régler.
17. Meta. Le sweepstake n’est d’aucune façon commandité, parrainé ou administré par Meta, ni associé à Meta.
