Where is my order?

Can I cancel or change my FootJoy.ca order?
Once an order is placed via FootJoy.ca, there is limited time for the order to be cancelled before it begins processing so please either cancel through our order status page here immediately or call customer service to cancel it for you at (800) 663-0929 or by messaging us here.
We are unable to change any orders once they have been placed. Therefore, the order would have to be cancelled and placed again.

How do I get free shipping on FootJoy.ca orders?
Orders are subject to free shipping when the total order value equals to $150.00 CAD or higher (before taxes).
What is FootJoy CA’s return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from FootJoy, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Only items purchased on FootJoy.ca (CA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.

What is the exchange policy?
We are sorry, but we do not have an exchange policy currently. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy here for complete details.

When will I receive my refund for my return?
Our refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item(s). Please save the tracking number (below the barcode) on the PrePaid FedEx label to ensure it was successfully delivered to our facility and is in the queue for processing. How do I report a defective product?
FootJoy has extensive warranty coverage on most of our items. Please view our warranty page for details on what type of warranty coverage your product has. If you feel like your product is covered, please contact customer service to initiate a claim. Contact by phone at 800-224-8501 or via our Warranty Submission Form.
How do I activate my extended warranty?

Does FootJoy repair golf shoes?
